At One Stop Workwear Melbourne we stock a range of apparel in-store and have access to a larger selection at our warehouse. We can source a full range of apparel from most major uniform brands. Through our expertise we can help you to choose the ideal uniform to suit your particular business. Alternatively, you are welcome to supply your own garments for embroidery & screen printing. Embroidery

Our staff use the application of thread to stitch your logo design or artwork onto your chosen garments. Embroidery is commonly used to display logos or company taglines on business shirts, work shirts, polos, jackets, hats and caps. Embroidered garments can be ironed and retain their colour even after consecutive washes.

• All embroidery orders have a 10 item minimum per order. You can have mixed garments which can include different styles and colours. However, the logo design with the same colour setup must be applied to your chosen 10 items. If you require a different colour then you will incur additional fees.
• A standard logo generally has 1 to 2 lines of text and a graphic symbol. For examples of our work please see some of our clients below.
• Our designers usually place logos on the left hand chest for tops and in the center for caps and beanies.
• After placing your order our graphic designer will issue you embroidery proofs within 3-4 working days
• Orders with embroidery and screen printing will take 2-3 weeks depending on our workloads in production.
• The standard embroidered logo size is 90mm, but we can increase this to a maximum of 110mm for special orders.
• If you are unable to pick up your order from our store, we can ship your garments to you for a standard postage charge. Please see our shipping page for a rough guide or call us for an exact price.

Artwork

Our graphic designer creates the digitised artwork from your supplied high resolution logo file. The colours are matched according to your supplied logo and are expertly embroidered on your clothing.

Your company will need to supply your logo or tagline in a Vector format (high resolution) such as AI, EPS, PDF etc. If you cannot supply the files in high quality or high resolution there will be an additional fee. This will depend on the amount of work needed by our graphic designer for the creation or conversion of your image into an appropriate digital format.

Note: Staff manually frame the garments for the embroidery process. Therefore allowances are made in the placement of your logo. As such, your logo placement may differ by up to 1 – 1.5cm per clothing item.
