We will accept returns/exchange if you change of mind on our products within 14 days as of the date on your receipt and provided the item is unworn and unused with all original packaging / boxes and tags attached.
Faulty Products
If in the rare instance that you find a fault with one of our products you may bring it back to our store. We will be more than happy to help you resolve the problem. After consulting with the supplier, if the product is found to be faulty, you will receive a full refund or exchange, otherwise the product will be returned to you. This on occasion may take longer than the 7-10 working days as a third party can be involved in the assessment process.
