FAQ

How long will it take for an embroidery or printing order to be completed?
If you are a new customer and require a design setup, the turnaround time is 14 working days from the time we confirm your order. For existing customers with repeat orders, the turnaround time can be between 7 and 10 working days.
Are there minimum quantities for printing and embroidery order?
There are no minimum orders for our embroidery service, however we require a minimum of 10 items when processing a screen printing order.
Can I bring my own garments for printing or embroidery service?
Yes you can bring your own garments for printing, however we reserve the right not to process the order on unusual or difficult garments that have not been supplied by us.
What is the different between embroidery and screen printing?
Embroidery – An elegant and popular option for logos and text on workwear. Your logos and text need to be digitised to convert them into embroidery format files which our embroidery machines can read. We will need a high quality image (jpeg or pdf) in order to digitise your logo. Embroidered designs can have up to 4 colours without an extra charge for set up.

Screen Printing – More economical and suitable for larger logos, especially back printing with up to five colours. When printing more than 25 items the price will be more economical. Screen printing is mostly used for Tee Shirts, Hoodies, Vests and Jumpers. The Screen Printing price will depend on the amount of colours. Each colour in the logo requires a separate screen, so the more colours in a logo, the greater the setup and printing fees. We will need you to supply us with a vector art file or a high resolution image (JPG / TIF) for this process.

How long do special orders take to arrive (non-stocking items that are ordered specifically for a customer e.g. corporate and hospitality uniforms)?
2 – 3 working days
Do your prices include GST?
